Aftercare & Health Checks

At The Wooldale Electrical Company we provide aftercare to ensure our renewable energy installations are working as they should and offer annual health checks.

If you have any problems please call us on 01484 613733.

All of the green energy products we install come with a manufacturers guarantee.

For the first year after installation we don’t charge to come out. After that we have a call out charge which includes 1 hour of labour (ask us for details).

Any parts required outside of warranty are chargeable. We charge an hourly rate (ask us for details) for labour required over and above that included in the call out charge.

Health Checks

At The Wooldale Electrical Company we know that your green energy products are valuable and you don’t want them to let you down. We can visit your home or business every 12 months to check all the functionality and safety features, make sure all the connections and settings are correct and inspect for any other impairments.

Covers EV Chargers, Solar Panels and Battery Storage.

• EV Charger = £100 (inc VAT

• Battery Storage System = £100 (inc VAT)

• Solar Panel and Battery Storage system = £150 (inc VAT)

• EV Charger, Solar Panel and Battery Storage system = £200 (inc VAT)

Please Note: the Solar Panel and Battery Storage Healthcheck does not include a physical inspection of the panels and other components located on the roof.
